• 4,000+ homes within at least 6 towers

• 5–6 storeys of carparking facing the river for 10,000 cars

• Tower heights up to 274m (80–90 storeys)

• Privately owned marina

• Privately owned river front swimming pool

• Privately managed event lawns and promenades

 

Economic Development Queensland issued an

Expression of Interest with NO CRITERIA OF ASSESSMENT.​

 

Decisions being made right now will shape our city for generations to come. And yet, our community hasn’t been properly heard.

The Visy site is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to get this right.

 

This land should remain in public hands and enjoyed by everyone in Brisbane - not handed over to private developers for short-term profit.
